Car Parts Production Process

1. 3D Body Scan. We begin production with a precise 3D scan of the vehicle body. Using a special scanner, we create a digital model that serves as the starting point for further design work.

2. Designing splitters
   Based on the obtained computer model, we design splitters. The designer adjusts their shape, style and technical properties so that they perfectly match the specific car model, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality.

3. Making molds
   When the design is ready, we start creating production molds. These are spatial patterns that allow the splitters to be given the right shape in subsequent stages of production.

4. Thermoforming process
   The molds go to a thermoforming machine - a device in which the ABS plate is heated until it becomes flexible. In this form, the material is stretched onto the mold, which allows its shape to be reproduced with great accuracy.

5. Hand finishing
   After the material has cooled, the final processing begins. Each splitter is hand-cut, sanded and leveled. Thanks to this, each element meets the highest quality and aesthetic standards.

6. Precise CNC machining
   For more complex projects, we additionally use CNC milling machines. These modern machines provide excellent precision and speed up the production of demanding elements.

7. Protection and packaging
   Finally, we protect each splitter with a protective film to prevent scratches and damage. Then we carefully pack the product, adding another layer of protection before shipping.
